Solution

Yeah, I read the article too, and it's really informative. The CHM16MS6 has more wattage (1100 watts) than the CHM10MS5 (1000 watts), so it should cook food faster.

Thanks for the information, guys! Based on what you've mentioned, I'm leaning more towards the CHM16MS6. But I'd like to hear @wanderingdove's opinion, as they brought up the TechReviewer article.

No problem, @michaelnabil! The wattage does make a difference in cooking speed and efficiency. Also, the 1.6 cubic ft capacity of the CHM16MS6 is more than the CHM10MS5's 1.5 cubic ft. That means it can handle larger dishes and portions.

You're right, @bricampy. The TechReviewer article also highlights the sensor cooking feature on the CHM16MS6 as a major advantage. This could be very useful in my restaurant where food needs to be cooked evenly and quickly for multiple customers.

That's true, @wanderingdove, but I should mention that the CHM10MS5 still has some great features like convection, which can help with cooking larger or more complex dishes. It just depends on your specific needs and preferences.

Alright, thanks for all the input! Based on this discussion, I think I'll go ahead and get the CHM16MS6. However, I'll keep the CHM10MS5 in mind if my restaurant's requirements change in the future. @wanderingdove, could you please share that TechReviewer article again? I'd like to read it one more time.

Good call, @michaelnabil! And sure, here's the link to the article for anyone interested: Overview of the Commercial Chef CHM16MS6 Microwave. It's definitely worth a read if you're considering these two models.
