I'm considering buying a new microwave and came across the Farberware FMO07ABTBKA. Has anyone tried it before? I'm specifically interested in its multi-cooking capabilities.

Yeah, I've been using mine for about two months now and really enjoying it! It's not exactly a multi-cooker but it does have some great features like defrost function and various cooking modes.
Hey @dudefromvirginia, did you read the article on TechReviewer that talks about this microwave? The author has done an in-depth analysis of its wattage, capacity, and functions. It might be helpful for @Delclaygirl87 to check it out Overview of the Farberware FMO07ABTBKA Microwave.
Thanks for the recommendation @lyfebyhomer. I've checked out the TechReviewer article Overview of the Farberware FMO07ABTBKA Microwave, and it seems like this microwave is a good option for singles or small families.
I agree with you, @suratmommy. The Farberware FMO07ABTBKA has been great for me too. The 700 watts are enough to reheat leftovers and make popcorn quickly.
Thanks for the feedback everyone. I think this microwave could be a good fit for my needs. I'm also interested in knowing if anyone has tried cooking something more complex, like a meal, using its cooking modes?
I haven't personally tried that, but @LarsofArcana might have some experience since they've been using it longer.
Yeah, I've used the cooking modes to reheat leftover pasta and it worked well. The microwave did a good job of evenly heating the dish without overcooking the noodles or sauce.
That's good to hear @LarsofArcana. It's always nice when you can cook something more substantial in a microwave. What about defrosting? Has anyone tried that?
I've used the defrost function a few times, and it works well for small cuts of meat or frozen veggies. The 700 watts definitely help with getting things thawed quickly.
Great to know! Thanks again everyone. I think I'm leaning towards getting this microwave. It seems like it'll be perfect for my needs.
You're welcome @Delclaygirl87. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask! Good luck with your decision.
