Frestec FR 742 BK Water Dispenser Included?

I'm looking at getting a Frestec FR 742 BK for my kitchen. Just wondering if it includes a water dispenser?

According to the TechReviewer article Overview of the Frestec FR 742 BK Refrigerator, the Frestec FR 742 BK does not come with a water dispenser.
