Hi @Brodude5, I've been using mine for about 3 months now, and it's fantastic! You can check out some reviews at Overview of the Galanz GTWHG12S1SA10 Microwave. The microwave comes with a lot of useful features, like convection cooking, which is perfect for roasting or baking small dishes. It also has an air fryer function, so you don't need to use your oven for frying anymore.

Hey @AstroColton, that sounds great! I'm curious though, does the convection feature work well? Is it as good as a regular oven?

Hi @triple-t-type. It's not quite like an oven, but it's pretty darn close. I've used the convection feature to roast vegetables and bake cookies with decent results. It might not replace your oven entirely, but it's definitely a useful addition.

Thanks for the input, guys! So, does anyone have experience with the sensor cooking function? And what about defrosting?

I've been using the Galanz GTWHG12S1SA10 for a few months now. The sensor cooking function is really useful when you want to cook food automatically based on its weight and moisture content. It's perfect for reheating leftovers or defrosting frozen items. As for defrosting, it works like a charm, allowing me to defrost food quickly without compromising its taste or texture.

That's awesome, @ECHOtheSound! I'm sold now. But can anyone tell me about the power levels? Are they sufficient for cooking a variety of dishes?

Yes, there are 11 power levels on this microwave, which should cover most of your cooking needs. I've used it to reheat food at lower power settings and cook frozen pizzas at higher ones with great results.

Good to know! How about the overall size? Is it compact enough for a small kitchen?

Thanks all for sharing their experiences. Based on this discussion, the Galanz GTWHG12S1SA10 seems like a versatile and powerful microwave. I think I'll go ahead and give it a try.

Great choice, @Brodude5! You won't be disappointed. Happy cooking!
