NN-SD67LS: Best Microwave for Small Apartments?

Started by MeekoLovesBaloo on June 30, 2024

I'm looking to buy a microwave for my small apartment. Has anyone tried the Panasonic NN-SD67LS? It looks nice but I'm not sure if it's worth it.

I have the same Panasonic NN-SD67LS, and I really enjoy it. It has a good number of cooking modes and functions like sensor cooking and defrost. Plus, you can find some useful information in this article Overview of the Panasonic NN-SD67LS Microwave.

Yeah, I've had that model in my kitchen for about six months now and it works great! The 1100-watt power capacity is enough to heat up food quickly.

That's great to hear! I'm not sure if I need all the fancy features though. What about the size? The 1.3 cubic feet capacity seems a bit small for my family.

Yeah, it is smaller than some other microwaves out there, but it's worked fine for me and my partner. We usually just cook for two people.

I think the key is to look at how much space you have in your apartment. If you don't have a lot of counter space or room for a larger microwave, then the NN-SD67LS might be a good option.

Good point, @msoffices. Also, its 12.4-inch turntable diameter can accommodate larger plates and dishes, so it's quite versatile.

That's good to know! The dimensions don't seem too bad either (21.2 x 17.4 x 11.8 inches). I think I'll give it a try! Thanks for the input!

No problem, @MeekoLovesBaloo! Enjoy your new microwave!
