Hey, I've been looking at the RCA RFR469 and was wondering if anyone has any experiences or opinions on it? It seems like a nice fridge with some unique features.
RCA RFR469 Outstanding Features?
Started by mikedreddit on June 23, 2024
I bought one a few weeks ago and so far, I'm really happy with it. The double-door design works great for me, as it keeps the fresh food section organized.
That's good to hear! I was reading an article about this fridge at Overview of the RCA RFR469 Refrigerator, which gave some useful insights on its features. One thing that stood out to me was its total capacity of 4.6 cubic ft., which seems like a lot of space for my small household. Have you found it spacious enough?
That's interesting! I've been trying to figure out if the capacity would be enough for my needs, so any input is helpful. Did you also find that the top freezer style was convenient for you?
Yeah, the top freezer style has been pretty easy to access and it saves space compared to other styles like side-by-side or bottom freezer.
I'm considering this fridge too, but I was curious if anyone had any thoughts on its energy efficiency. Does anyone know if the RCA RFR469 is Energy Star certified?
Thanks for asking, @MathRamp! According to the article at Overview of the RCA RFR469 Refrigerator, it's not Energy Star certified. But the dimensions and other features might still make it a good choice depending on your needs.
That's a shame about the energy efficiency, but I think I'm still leaning towards this fridge. The total capacity seems perfect for my household and the top freezer style is just what I need.
If you're happy with the features and it fits well in your kitchen space, then go for it! I've been pleased with mine so far. Good luck with your decision!
Thanks for the advice, @psquid1121. I think I'll go ahead and purchase one. Hopefully, it will serve me as well as it has served you.
Great to hear that @mikedreddit is moving forward with their decision! Best of luck with your new fridge.
