I recently read an in-depth article on the RCA RMW1178 microwave over at TechReviewer. They discuss its wattage, capacity, and other specifications. You can find it Overview of the RCA RMW1178 Microwave if you're interested.

I've been using mine for a few months now and I'm really happy with it. The 1000 watts of power is great for heating up food quickly and efficiently.

Yeah, the RCA RMW1178 works well for me too. It's perfect for reheating leftovers or making popcorn for movie nights!

Thanks for sharing that link, @SakanaFish! The article gives a good overview of the specs, and I'm glad to hear that others are enjoying their RMW1178 microwaves. The wattage seems like a strong point for this model.

Agreed! The 1000 watts make it really efficient for our family meals. And the capacity is perfect for us too - we can cook enough food for everyone without having to heat things up multiple times.

I'm considering getting one for my kitchen, but I'm wondering about the turntable diameter. Has anyone found that size to be adequate for their needs?

The 9-inch turntable diameter works great for us! We can fit pretty large dishes in there, which is perfect for family-sized portions.

That's good to know! Thanks for the input everyone. I think I might go ahead and get one of these microwaves for my kitchen.

Great choice, @Mewdrops! You won't be disappointed with the RCA RMW1178. It has served us well so far.

Agreed! We're very happy with our purchase. Good luck with your new microwave!
