I'm looking for some recommendations on microwaves for a small restaurant. Has anyone here experience with the Commercial Chef CHM16100W6C? I've heard good things about it.

Hi @gardawg62, I think you'll find that the Commercial Chef CHM16100W6C is great for small restaurants! It's powerful, has a large capacity, and the 12-inch turntable allows for versatile use. There's even an article discussing its features in detail Overview of the Commercial Chef CHM16100W6C Microwave. Have you considered it?

That sounds perfect! Thanks @ajapplesauce for the recommendation and the link to the article. I'm just wondering if anyone has any personal experience with this model in a restaurant setting.

I've been using the CHM16100W6C in my small restaurant for a few months now, and it's been working great! The 1000 watts of power have saved so much time on reheating and cooking, especially when we're busy. The capacity is also perfect for our needs.

Great to hear @compasscreative! I'm glad the CHM16100W6C has been working well for you in your restaurant. It's definitely a reliable choice.

I was about to buy this microwave but then I found out it doesn't have convection or sensor cooking, which is something I need for my restaurant. Has anyone here used microwaves with these features?

@lousiana That's true, the CHM16100W6C doesn't have those features. Maybe we should look into other options as well.

You're right, @lousiana. It might be worth exploring other models too. I'll check out some microwaves with convection and sensor cooking options for our small restaurant. Thanks for the reminder!
