I haven't personally used the R-21LVF, but from what I've read, it seems to be a good option. You should check out this review on TechReviewer Overview of the Sharp R-21LVF Microwave that discusses its features and performance in more detail.
I have used the Sharp R-21LVF, and it's perfect for mug cooking! The 1000 watts of power really makes a difference when heating up soups or melting chocolate. Plus, the 1.0 cubic feet capacity is pretty roomy for a countertop microwave.
Thanks for sharing your experience, @BrandonPozo. I've been looking for a good mug cooker and this one seems like it could be perfect! The wattage does seem to be on the higher end which should make cooking mug meals faster. Have you tried defrosting with this model?
Yeah, I tried defrosting some chicken breasts last night and it worked great! The 1000 watts definitely made a big difference in how quickly it thawed them.
That's awesome to hear, @capersiste. It really makes life easier when you need to defrost something in a hurry.
